We are committed to adopt good laboratory practices and maintain the traceability to national and international standards along with continual improvement to satisfy the customer in terms of high degree of credibility integrity and prompt delivery of results.

We will always achieve and maintain effectiveness of QMS by deploying competent employees and their motivation, maintenance of existing facilities, acquisitions of appropriate materials, organising internal and external seminars/workshops to drive continual improvement in the system and reviewing these on a periodic basis, thus complying with the requirements of the standard.
